Frank Lee
Co-Founder
Frank is a seasoned digital marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, SEM and site optimization. He has a proven track record of executive leadership, client acquisition, revenue growth and the ability to build, train and retain world-class teams.
Frank started his career running the SEM channel for Overture Services, which was acquired by Yahoo! in 2003. Afterwards, Frank worked at startups as an executive, heading media and sales at The Search Agency (SEM agency) and DataPop (Google Shopping adtech). In 2014, he joined Facebook to help grow the direct response advertising business. He ran the eCommerce advertising team in the western US. Frank continues to support the startup community as an advisor to companies like MoreLabs, Pair of Thieves, 3Q Digital (acquired by Harte Hanks) and DataPop (acquired by Criteo). He’s also an angel investor and LP in various startups and funds.
Keith Wilson
Co-Founder & President
Keith Wilson is a highly accomplished digital marketing executive with extensive experience in driving growth for direct-to-consumer brands. As the Chief Growth Officer of RealEyes Digital, he leverages his deep expertise in paid and organic channels to develop effective marketing strategies and deliver tangible results for his clients.
Prior to joining RealEyes, Keith held key leadership positions at Facebook and other major brands, where he developed a reputation as a results-oriented marketer with a keen eye for strategy. He has a proven track record of successfully building and scaling high-performing teams and executing successful campaigns across a range of industries. With a data-driven approach and a strong focus on ROI, Keith is known for his ability to craft highly effective marketing plans that drive growth and maximize value for clients. He is a strategic thinker who is always looking for new ways to push the boundaries of what is possible in the world of digital marketing.
